An absolute gem of a place. I wanted to come here two years ago but wasn’t sure about the route. This time I decided to come and I am very glad. The route was super easy if you follow Ackaabat-Tonya route on the Tokyo Duzkoy Yolu. Mr Akif is the manager and is a very helpful and responsive person. He replies to my messages very quickly and helped in selecting the correct route to the hotel to make the journey easier. The driver who helped with dropping bags showed me multiple rooms until I was happy with the room given to us. Not once did he or the reception lady made a face - they genuinely tried to help. The resort is an amazing place with a lot of facilities. Amazing Breakfast, very helpful Staff from reception to driver to other workers, amazing experience with zip line, Adventure park and power swing. The Restaurant offered good food options. The pide and lahmachun made fresh in their oven by the home chef was amazing. un) The views of the mountain and wadi are hard to describe - it was an amazing experience. We didn’t go anywhere else and loved our stay at this place. It’s an absolutely relaxing treat away from the city traffic and crowds. If we come to trabzon third time we will surely come back here.

The location of the property right in the middle of mountain. Good for people wanted to connect with nature.
Most of the staff were not able to speak English so was difficult to communicate.
المكان للأمانة يستحق الزيارة ولو مرة .. وجوده في أعلى الجبل والجو العليل في عز الصيف اغسطس بالاضافة لتكامله لجميع افراد العائلة يجعله مثالياً. يوجد فعاليات للمراهقين (زبلاين، ارجوحة، التسلق) ويوجد للاطفال (نادي اطفال فيه نطيطة و زحليقة وكور ملونة) بالإضافة لتنوع أنواع الغرف لديهم. المطعم اكله عموماً لذيذ. يستطيع الاطفال رؤيتك في المقهى وانت كذلك تراهم حتى تطمئن عليهم. يوجد عين للطبخ في بعض الغرف وتستطيع طلب بعض المواعين للطبخ. يوجد سيارة تنقلك داخل المنتجع. الانترنت الواي فاي مجاني وسريع 👍🏼
مقدر لبناء الحجر في الغرف لكن ليت الغرف من داخل كانت جدران عادية مليسة ومصبوغة وليست حجر طبيعي ينفذ من خلاله العناكب وغيره. ضعف الانارة داخل الغرف. غلاء اطباق المطعم. محدودية الفطور (الاطباق الدافئة). بعض الموظفين غير ودودين تماماً للاسف ولا يعرفون ابسط الكلمات الانجليزية. الحلويات لدى المقهى تحتاج تطوير وتحسين. عند مجيئ الاطفال لنا من نادي الاطفال يجب عليهم المرور من عند جهة المدخنين ! تأخر السيارة في التنقلات في كثير من الاحيان. بعض الغرف تضطر لنزول درج وصعوده للدخول للغرفة وهذا متعب لكبار السن وغير مناسب للمعاقين.
