Never visit this place if your safety matters. My child suffered a serious cut because of a broken area on the property. Instead of immediately calling an ambulance and helping us, the staff’s first priority was to cover the damaged area with fresh cement, as if they wanted to hide what had happened. They never called an ambulance. The only help they offered was to call a taxi so we could go to the hospital on our own. I had to carry my 30 kg child because she was unable to walk due to the injury. No one took responsibility, apologized properly, or even followed up to check on my child’s condition. If you or your child get injured because of unsafe conditions at this venue, don’t expect any real support. Based on our experience, they seemed more concerned about hiding the hazard than helping the injured guest.
Flamm is located right at the sea and offers comfortable beach chairs and matrasses to enjoy the view over the bay. Rooms are fine (with airco). Breakfast was very complete, served with seaview. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Hurray for Feyza for her friendly communication and hospitality. Recommended!
It is an ideal place to stay just by the seaside. However, paying 849 TL for a slice of watermelon is unacceptable. They have to review their pricing policy
