Very center location.
There are parties and nightlife 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The noise from all the nearby nightclubs comes straight into the room, making it almost impossible to sleep at night. On top of that, the air conditioners have clearly never been cleaned. As soon as you turn them on, a strong moldy smell fills the room, making it difficult to breathe. It seems they have not been properly maintained or serviced for a long time. Renting out rooms in this condition is completely unacceptable.
