Le personnel à l’entrée est désagréable et nous accueillis avec méchanceté. Y a qu’on avait payé un prix assez élevé la chambre n’était pas ordonnée et pas nettoyée et quand on a demandé d’changer la chambre il n’a pas voulu. On était obligé de quitter l’hôtel parce que tu étais sale. L’entrée de l’hôtel passe par un restaurant où l’odeur est envahi l’ensemble de l’hôtel.
L’emplacement
J’ai réservé une chambre de 22 m², mais à mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que la chambre attribuée ne dépassait pas 17 m². La superficie ne correspond donc pas à celle annoncée lors de la réservation. Je suis déçu par ce manque de transparence et j’aurais apprécié que les caractéristiques de la chambre réservée soient respectées.
