Verified guest reviews via booking partner
The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, and very close to the metro, tram and ferries. The staff are also very polite.
The hotel is in much poorer condition than the photos suggest. The rooms are old and worn, and the property generally feels badly in need of renovation. The shower and sink in our bathroom did not drain properly, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms. Overall, the reality was very different from the impression given by the photos.
