!Extremely overpriced for what you get, it’s nothing what you expect. Sea view from our room was great but the room itself is extremely dull and gloomy, old furniture, safe was not working, bathroom looks like its from 1945. The building generally needs a massive upgrade, the entire thing. Pictures are all misleading.

✓The location was fantastic and the staff were amazing! The food was ok. The staff go above and beyond to help visitors. On the last day I fell ill and the staff helped my husband to make me feel comfortable.

!It wasn’t 5* probably around 3. The rooms aren’t deep cleaned for the arrival of new guests. When we came to the room, the cupboards had marks on. When paying for a 5* you would to expect the standards to be 5* too. The toilet was leaking and had to report it a few times. Someone did come to fix it but it started leaking again. The staff are great however the higher management need to do more to fix issues. The hotel is outdated and a lot of things need to be replaced rather than fixed. The food is repeated a lot and they have the same foods pretty much repeated.
