Wspaniała lokalizacja, cicho i spokojnie, bardzo uprzejmy cały personel, szczególnie pan Fadi był super pomocny i uprzejmy. Blisko miejscowy targ, dużo lokalnych restauracji, lokalna atmosfera. Dobry internet, goraca woda, wygodne łózko. Polecam wszystkim.
Niestety śniadanie było dośc monotonne. Przez pierwsze dni były 3 rodzaje owoców a później nie było owoców wogole. To trzeba poprawić. Mały skwer przed hotelem brudny. Dużo śmieci , przepełnione kosze na smieci przed wejściem do hotelu. Nie sprawia to dobrego wrażenia.
The most beautiful and wonderful thing is the staff at the reception , especially Shymaa and Fadi ,both were amazing and have very nice personalities and approach.
The rooms were small, the response to the complaints were not good,over night the air conditioning system was not functioning in my room , i called the receptionist, but there was no action, they neglected me.
