AYCEM is the best Coffee maker and made my day. Unfortunately it is not about coffee machine or the coffee from brasil or Ethiopia. It is about the people. She smiles and really does the best coffee.
We recently had the most wonderful holiday at Game Residence Lara Hotel, and one of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Erkan Özen. From the very first day, Erkan went above and beyond to make both me and my daughter feel genuinely welcome and cared for. His warm smile, kind nature, and attentive service truly stood out. He always took the time to ensure we were comfortable, remembered our preferences, and made every dining experience feel special. What impressed us most was his genuine hospitality,nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he treated us with such grace and professionalism throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression, but Erkan certainly did. Thanks to him, our holiday was even more memorable, and we can honestly say that his service is one of the main reasons we would happily return to the hotel in the future. Thank you, Erkan, for making our stay so special!
