A great hotel in a fantastic location – most of Istanbul's main attractions are within easy reach. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I had a question, I received a very detailed answer, and the team would often proactively point out useful details and give recommendations to help make my stay in Istanbul even better. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling. It may be a little repetitive if you stay for several days, but that personally wasn't an issue for me.
There were only a couple of small things that kept me from giving the hotel a 10/10: 1. The refrigerator has a transparent door, and the light inside stays on all the time. It can be easily covered with a towel, though. 2. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so I had to buy them myself.
Nice location, people who are working there are so nice! We got turkish coffe free every morning 🙂 They were really helpful and very kind.
