Ho prenotato per 2 adulti e due ragazzi di 14 e 16 anni ma mi hanno dato una stanza con 2 letti non matrimoniali che ci entrava 1 persona abbondante ma non erano letti per 2 persone . Abbiamo fatto notifica alla reception ma ci è stato detto che questi erano matrimoniali.
