The reception was helpful, always ready to answer questions, offer advice, and make our stay more comfortable. Every single person we met—whether at breakfast, in the corridors, or during cleaning—was incredibly friendly and caring. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Istanbul’s most iconic sights, like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and more. It made exploring the city with kids easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is slightly old but extremely clean. Housekeeping came every day, and if we needed anything, the staff responded immediately and went out of their way to help. And the breakfast? Absolutely amazing. Fresh, delicious, and full of variety—there was something for everyone, including our kids. It gave us the perfect start to each day. Traveling with children, especially a child with special needs, is not always easy—but here, we felt seen, supported, and respected. The way they treated both of our children, including our toddler, was so kind and thoughtful. That alone meant the world to us.
