The location was great, within walking distance of Taksim Square, with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The room was reasonably clean.
Disappointing stay overall. Getting large luggage up the stairs from the street to the lobby is a hassle, and the lift is very small. The room did not match the pictures, which showed a king-size bed and a single bed, but I was given two single beds instead. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, making me feel like a nuisance when asking simple questions. Taxis also do not drop you directly at the entrance, which is inconvenient with luggage. There was a strong cigarette smell in the room, and the breakfast was poor, with terrible orange juice, no food labels, and the same limited selection every day. Very bad internet speed, netflix was buffering the whole time. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Small bathroom and didn’t like the spa area at all. No lounge to sit around. It’s very small.
