De ligging van het hotel was uitstekend.Het stadscentrum ,het treinstation en diverse goede restaurants waren gemakkelik en snel bereikbaar.
Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij helaas meerdere ernstige gebreken aan de accommodatie ondervonden die een aanzienlijke negatieve invloed hebben gehad op ons verblijf. - De afvoer van de douche functioneerde niet goed. Tijdens het douchen bleef het water tot aan onze enkels staan. Dit was niet alleen zeer onhygiënisch, maar ook bijzonder onaangenaam. - De douchekraan was sterk verouderd en dringend aan vervanging toe. - De föhn was eveneens erg oud en functioneerde slecht. - Het bed was oud, kraakte bij iedere beweging en bood onvoldoende comfort, waardoor wij slecht hebben geslapen. - Daarnaast veroorzaakten de airconditioninginstallaties van het naastgelegen hotel de hele nacht veel lawaai. Het geluidsniveau was zo hoog dat een normale nachtrust vrijwel onmogelijk was. - Hoewel er een koelkast in de kamer aanwezig was, bleek deze defect en werkte deze niet. - Ook de kluis was defect en kon tijdens ons verblijf niet worden gebruikt .Er zat ook een spin in het gordijn van de kamer. Wij hebben deze accommodatie geboekt in de verwachting dat de aangeboden faciliteiten zouden functioneren zoals beschreven. Helaas voldeden meerdere essentiële voorzieningen niet aan de verwachtingen die redelijkerwijs van een accommodatie via Booking.com mogen worden verwacht. Wij verzoeken Booking.com vriendelijk om deze klacht serieus in behandeling te nemen en te beoordelen of een passende compensatie voor de verminderde kwaliteit van ons verblijf gerechtvaardigd is.
