I did not like anything about this hotel. In my entire life, I have never seen or stayed in such a terrible hotel. The room was extremely small, dirty and uncomfortable, and there were also bugs in the room. It was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Terrible experience. Our reservation at this hotel was confirmed, but when we arrived in the middle of the night, we were told that there was no room available for us and we were moved to another hotel. The hotel they sent us to was extremely poor. The room was very small, stuffy, and it was even difficult to breathe inside. We would never have booked that hotel ourselves. This was completely unfair and misleading. If a reservation is confirmed, guests should receive the hotel and room they booked and paid for, instead of being sent in the middle of the night to a completely different and much worse hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.
