We would thoroughly recommend the ERK hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, bright and stylish with lots of storage. The bed was comfortable. The shower cubicle was large and the shower very straightforward to operate both as a hand held shower or overhead. The air conditioning was excellent being both silent and efficient and controlled individually as opposed to centrally controlled, which seems to be a rarity now. The location was convenient being near two tram stops and Eminonu pier. Gulhane park was very close by which was lovely to walk through or to take a drink or a snack. We were happy with the taxi they booked to take us to the airport. We would definitely like to return sometime in the future.
A little more fresh fruit at breakfast would have been ideal.
