1 Star – Stay Away from This Hotel We stayed at this hotel from July 10 to July 17, 2026, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Around $500 disappeared from the safe in our room during our stay. We reported it immediately, expecting the hotel to take the situation seriously. Instead, they showed little concern, carried out no meaningful investigation, and offered no real assistance. What is the purpose of providing a room safe if guests cannot trust it? A hotel’s first responsibility is the safety and security of its guests and their belongings. In our case, we felt completely let down. The most disappointing part was not only the missing money, but the hotel’s attitude. They made us feel as though our complaint did not matter and took no effective action to resolve the issue. After this experience, I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you care about your valuables and expect professional customer service when something goes wrong, I strongly suggest booking somewhere else.
