The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the young woman who worked the morning shift and the young man who worked the night shift. The hotel is beautiful, and its location is excellent. The breakfast was good, and they always asked what time I would like to have it. The room was cleaned every day, with complimentary bottled water and all the necessary daily amenities provided.
I only have one comment. When I first checked into the hotel, I noticed a few stains on the bed (they may have been permanent and impossible to remove even after cleaning), and I also found a few hairs on the bed sheets. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.
