Emirhan Hotel - Adults Only

✓The room itself was nice and had been recently updated. There’s no door on the shower so water gets everywhere and cleaners don’t come everyday. When we booked it said breakfast was included and once we arrived at the property the receptionist said breakfast was not included despite us showing him that all rooms have breakfast included and that I couldn’t actually make a booking without breakfast however, he wasn’t interested and just said breakfast wouldn’t be included. We had to then pay for breakfast out each day of our stay which was money we weren’t expecting to spend.

✓my room was in the 3rd floor. im a senior it was inconvenient. but Emir helped me bring my luggage up and manager helped me take my luggage down when i was leaving. Staff were helpful and nice

✓Very very difficult to find, far from public transportation. The breakfast was mediocre, not much choice, no hot or warm food. The main thing i am definitely not happy is that the manager wants me to book the hotel expensive transfer (quoted for US$50) instead of helping; he did not even help to call a taxi for me to go to the metro station Yenakapi which brings one directly to the train station Sogulutcesme, stating that taxi would not accept to go a short distance! . All hotels all over the world call taxi for their guests, at any hour! I had to do it myself, costing me only US$7.50 TOTAL.

✓I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul for three days and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, with major attractions within easy reach and just a 20-minute walk to the metro station. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was not very large but cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but had everything you could need, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
