- Cleanliness: Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness (e.g., 'very clean', 'номер был чистый'); rooms reported as tidy and comfortable.
- Service: Service repeatedly described as friendly and helpful across reviews (reception team, staff, personnel praised for assistance).
- Location: Mixed comments: a few guests noted proximity to the airport/sea, but several reviews stated the hotel is poorly located/isolated and requires taxis or a car.
- Room Quality: Rooms described as spacious, attractive and comfortable, though some issues were reported (in-room spa not fully working, loose bathroom fixtures, kitchen not well supplied).
- Amenities: Amenities (pool, spa, gym, games room, washing machine in room) are present and generally appreciated, though some facilities (in-room spa) had problems.
- Value for Money: Several guests noted a mismatch between the level of services and the poor breakfast/remote location, creating a slight negative impression of value.
- Food and Beverage: Food commentary is notably negative in multiple reviews: breakfast described as 'not good', limited choices, or 'could've been better' despite a few positive notes.
- Overall Experience: Overall impressions are mixed: many positive remarks and some guests would return, but consistent issues with breakfast and location leave the overall experience neutral.
Watch out for: Breakfast poor / limited choices · Remote or poorly located; requires taxi/car · In-room spa problems (not fully working) · Bathroom fixtures loose · No/poor AC in common areas reported · Kitchen in room not stocked
