Amazing staff, some small issues with the room because of noise but not the hotels fault. I would like.to specifically point out the Beyza from Guest relations for her excellent service she handled every special request I had with ease and made our stay so much better. I may have only given 4 stars but the customer service and staff was top notch and took my review to 5.
