Absolutely terrible experience! The conditions were so awful that we were forced to leave in the middle of the night, find another hotel, and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. The room was filthy, with mold everywhere, insects, no hot water, a strong damp smell, and dirty bed linen covered in someone else’s hair and smelling unpleasant. The hotel management refused to refund our money or offer any assistance. The situation became so serious that we even had to call the police, who came to the hotel. Completely unacceptable conditions and disgraceful customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel!
