✓The breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful

!Not the quality expected, outdated, no hot water in the shower.. WIFI was bad. Staff nut helpful. Service is terrible. I did not even stay the 2nd night. Left the hotel to a better one . Paid over $3000.00 for the 2 nights. I asked bathe front deskto call taxi for me but they told to go out on the street and flag one

✓The staff were very helpful and the surrounding area is nice with great views across the bay. The bed was comfortable and room service and cleaning all efficient and to good standard. The spa was a highlight after long days at work but much of it was being renovated so only sauna available. Colleagues used the gym but the pool was unsuitable to be used due to terrible weather as it was off-season.

!Off-season the food choices were limited and only a set menu was offered which wasn’t always suitable for dietary requirements in the group. The rooms were a little dated and noisy. You can easily hear conversations in the adjacent room.

✓Good location, great staff and comfortable rooms

!The gym opening times weren’t suitable. I was there for work and couldn’t train at the times I wanted. It opened at 0900 which was too late as I had to leave at 0800. It then shut at 2000 which was before I returned. A 24 hour access would be better to suit guests.
