مشكله بباب البلكونه اننا دخلناها وهو يوجد به مشكله ولم يتم حلها فوراً وتعامل الموظفين معي وقتها بطى استجابه الموظفين اطلبهم مرتين لكي يتم الاستجابه والاسرة قاسيه جداً حتى بعد ماطلبت لحاف فوقها استغربت ان عجة البيض بمال اضافي ببوفيه الفطور مع العلم انني زرت عده فنادق اخرى وكانت تعمل بالمجان لعميل
