Équipement parfait, chambre très confortable, personnel attentif disponible et amical et surtout l'élégance de la décoration. Petit déjeuner savoureux et copieux.
Pas d'ascenseur , mais le personnel s'est chargé de nos valises.
The entire stay was just a thing of beauty starting and ending with all of wonderful people who work there. It is a small property so you really get to know everyone. The room was very clean and touched up throughout the day. Beds so comfortable. Breakfast was five star meal to start every day but the greatest appreciation and a difference maker goes to six stars at reception/concierge desk - Elçin, Gökberk, Burcu, Natali, Bedirhan and Yunus. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, happy and comfortable whether you need to figure out how to buy Istanbulkart, book a table for a dinner at the last moment, tickets for a show or just sit down and chat. Thank you, again!

A beautiful hotel, full of character. It is close to the Galata Tower , which is always busy, but it remains peaceful within the hotel. There are many beautiful and interesting streets to explore around there. The room was lovely and comfortable, the breakfasts were great (taken in the courtyard) and the staff very welcoming and nice (especially Hakan).
