This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. What made my stay truly unforgettable, beyond the story behind the building, was the amazing staff. It all started with Yunis, whose surprises and charming way of explaining the hotel's details stood out. Natali who made a lasting impression with her unforgettable personal souvenir gift and her way of sharing historical facts. Lastly, there was another lady (unfortunately, I forgot her name) who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always offered to assist.
