Even though we arrived very late for check-in, the staff welcomed us without any problems and even helped us with laundry. A special thank you to Mustafa, who helped us with practically everything despite not speaking much English. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. One of our friends injured her leg during the trip, and the staff went above and beyond to help her — they found a driver, called a taxi, and helped us in every way they could. We are truly grateful for that. The room was spacious, the bathroom was good, and the view from the window was absolutely amazing. The hotel has a great location surrounded by huge resorts like Rixos, but it offers a much more affordable and backpacker-friendly option. We really hope the hotel continues to grow and prosper!
There were a few small things missing when we arrived — not enough pillowcases, no bedspreads, and not quite enough towels. Nothing major, and the staff were helpful, but it would be nice to have everything prepared before guests arrive. The breakfast included in the room price was also quite limited, and unfortunately, we didn't feel very full after it.
