Booked this for a friend who's wheelchair-bound and was so happy in the end. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Shahin who was always there with a smile. The room was very clean and comfy, the location was amazing.
The elevator was too shallow for the wheelchair to fit comfortably, but we managed.
No nos hicieron el aseo del cuarto ni cambiaron las toallas, tampoco rellenaron el agua para servirnos durante nuestra estancia de 3 noches. Hubiera sido lindo tener esos detalles, las ventanas no abrían y el aire se concentraba mucho en las habitaciones, después todo estaba muy bien
