The view from the hotel is amazing. When the balloons fly it’s a spectacular sight to watch from the terraces. Staff were really helpful
We had a room at the bottom which had almost no daylight. Over the course of the night tiny particles from the ‘cave’ ceiling dropped down onto the bed. Almost felt gritty. Rooms were cleaned every day but this was a pattern that continued throughout our stay.

Bei 4 Übernachtungen keine Zimmerreinigung, Mülleimerleerung oder Handtuchwechsel. Somit lag auch 4 Tage abgefallener Putz im Zimmer. Zimmer sehr stickig. Lüftung vorhanden aber extrem laut. Tresor ging nicht. Wäre nur mit Schlüssel auf Anfrage gegangen. Außer Frühstückszeiten keine weitern Infos zum Hotel oder Umgebung erhalten.
It's a lovely hotel, great ambience, breakfast was a large offering and tasty.
We were offered help by the hotel to arrange transfers which we agreed. I was charged twice once by the aggressive transfer company insisting we give them money and once by the hotel. When I realized the mistake I contacted the hotel who agreed to rectify it but didn't and then didn't respond to my subsequent communication. I would say organize your own transfers I lost money.
La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico y lo mejor es que desde la terraza del hotel e inclusive desde la habitación puedes ver los globos en el Valle. Y la atención del personal fue increíble! Excelente atención y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
