!The service from the staff—especially at the front desk—was poor. When we asked where the pool was, we were told there wasn’t one at all (even though it was shown in the photos on the website and on Booking). My room key card kept malfunctioning; I went to the front desk six times to ask them to fix it. The hotel did have a pool after all, but it was only open for 30 minutes a day—the hotel management was making money by charging walk-ins for access to the pool and sauna, so they didn’t want to see us there. The ladder in the pool was broken and barely working; it has long been in need of repair or replacement. During room cleaning, they often didn’t provide cups for drinking water.

!Der Service ist nicht so gut, es wird von fast niemandem Englisch gesprochen, Deutsch überhaupt nicht, nur türkisch. Der Fahrstuhl ist immer wieder mal ausgefallen, sodass nur einer zur Verfügung stand. Im Internet stand, dass es ein Pool gibt und eine Bar ganz oben, was beides nicht zutrifft, der Innenpool ist nur bei Buchung vom Spa zugänglich. Die Zimmerkarten sind immer nach etwa 3 Tagen decodiert, sodass man nicht mehr ins Zimmer kommt und jedesmal zuerst wieder an die Rezeption muss, um sie wieder freizuschalten.
