✓Every time im in Istanbul I choose doubletree Hilton. This time I decided to try the one in Topkapi and I’m very satisfied with their service. The rooms are clean and the personal is very polite and professional. Thanks again for this wonderful stay ! :)

✓People often talk about Turkish hospitality being something special and after this stay I completely understand why. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. Everything about our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We received such a warm welcome and what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible hotel staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and always ready to assist with absolutely any request. A very special thanks to Tugba at reception, who was wonderful throughout our stay and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel manager and the entire team were equally welcoming and professional and you could really feel how much they care about their guests. The hotel itself was always clean and tidy and we really enjoyed all the facilities. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, the food was delicious (especially loved böreks 😍), and we enjoyed the spa, hammam and swimming pool. I was also lucky enough to celebrate my birthday during our stay and the staff made it feel incredibly special. I honestly could not have asked for better treatment, they were so thoughtful and made sure I felt celebrated and looked after. And the birthday cake was absolutely delicious çok lezzetliydi! 😉 I would especially recommend this hotel to families travelling with children. We were staying with a child and the way the staff treated our little kid was honestly one of the sweetest parts of our stay. Everyone absolutely adores children and goes out of their way to make families feel comfortable and even looked after for us to enjoy our breakfast (!). It made travelling with a little one so much easier and more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Topkapı and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. !Honestly, nothing! If we really had to complain about something, maybe that we were looked after too well 😂 We got so used to all the care and attention that leaving was the only thing we didn’t like! Too much care and attention, now our standards are too high 😂
