We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. A very special thank you to Esra at the reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She assisted us with everything we needed and always made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Esra truly made our experience even better, and we really appreciate her excellent service and warm attitude. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
Breakfast was very good and in high quality and quantity. Location was so calm and yet easily reachable. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Quality of dishes are very well and we enjoyed. They changed our room by my request from queen to twin room without extra charge.
They did not care at all about our check-in process. We arrived half an hour earlier and we were told by the receptionist to leave our luggage there and they will handle the check in and move in process. So we had lunch in the hotel restaurant and after 1.5 hours we had not been checked in yet! I asked again for check in and after that we got our room.
