Сам отель прекрасен, но мне очень не понравилось, что я бронировала номер на двоих с оплаченным ужином и завтраком. Но когда мы приехали, нам было отказано в ужине по непонятным причинам. Затем а ресторане на террасе вошли в наше положение и предложили ужин без оплаты как обещали. При выписке из номера нам сказали, что ничего больше платит не нужно. Я оплачивала все заранее . Но сейчас я получила счет. Но какое было мое удивление когда в счёте я увидела списание за ужин. Я категорически не согласна с этим и прошу разобраться с моим вопросом. Не хотелось бы портить впечатление от отеля и рассказывать потом все , что в таком приличном отеле тебя обманывают.Надеюсь на оперативное и положительное решение.

1.We booked two rooms 4 friends my friends refrigerator didnt work 2. On the booking.com there were no availability of 4 beds 4 friends , when we arrived the place my friends room was 4 beds , but on booking they made us book 2 rooms which we paid alot more , i have a video but i cant upload it
