HI! Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday. Everything was great, location, staff(specially thanks to Gica Hagi), facilities, cleanliness, comfort and food.
We had a very enjoyable two-night stay as a family. The resort is beautiful, very green and well maintained, with a great pool area and direct access to a lovely and calm beach.
Nothing significant. Overall, the experience met our expectations very well. If anything, the AC in out room was not very strong and was taking quite long to cool the room.

لايرقى لان يكون فندق خمس نجوم تزاحم كبير جدا وإزعاج وفوضى وعدد كبير جدا من السكان وقت الدخول كان عدد موظفوا الاستقبال قلبيلون جدا واحيانا لا اجد الا موظف واحد فقط واضطر للانتظار الطويل الاسوأ والأسواء جدا انه كل ما أردت طلب اي خدمه عن طريق الهاتف كل الخطوط تكون مشغوله واضطر للذهاب للمبنى الرئيسي لطلب الخدمه وموظفوا الاستقبال حين اطلب منهم اي خدمه لاتنفذ أبدا أقمت ليلتين من اسواء الإقامات لأنني في كل مره اطلب خدمة الغرف لاياتي احد للتنظيف والحمام لم يتم تنظيفه ولا مره رغم طلبي المتكرر
