Внутри отель ухоженный, чистый, комнаты уютные, мы проживали в делюксе- комната небольшая, но с современным ремонтом и включала все необходимое. Особенно понравился сервис и забота. Мой ребенок попал в больницу на операцию, сотрудники отеля окружили заботой и вниманием, постоянно были на связи и всячески помогали. Для меня также критичным было питание, чтобы оно было свежим и вкусным. Разочарования не было и отравлений тоже.
Кондиционер в номере работал слабовато. Внешне отель местами уставший. Детский аквапарк не работал.
