✓My family and I had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Centre. The hotel is modern, stylish, clean and very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. The staff in all areas of the hotel were outstanding — friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring Antalya. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Centre. My family and I would love to return in the near future.

✓I stayed with my best friend in June, we had booked a deluxe room and everything was going great. The aircon stopped working every ten minutes so I called for help and they said they’d send someone but it got to 11pm and they still hadn’t so we went to bad and I literally had to wake up like every half an hour to turn the AC back on cause it got so hot. Then I called again next day and they did send someone to help. It was fixed. But then later in the afternoon we got a call from reception saying we had to switch rooms because of a “technical issue” she wouldn’t tell me what the issue was and just said we had to pack up and go, I did request for a better room and suggested the suite as compensation but she claimed it was unavailable but she had given us a slightly better room but on the other side of the hotel. So we moved, then we realise the wifi stops working the moment we step inside the room, I call them about that and there was multiple back and forth of them sending someone and then us having to chase about the status of it. At one point they sent a guy who held my phone like he didn’t believe me, held it next to his only to realise “oh yeah it’s not working” like…yeah we knew that thanks..so he says someone is going to check. We were really annoyed about that but tried to go about our day, the next day it was getting ridiculous as we we only had 4 nights and we just wanted to enjoy the room. We went in person to reception complain and they finally said they’d give us a new room - our 3rd room now! At last we move to our final room which turned out to be opposite our initial room..and it was the suite. Couldn’t exactly complain about that but it was a shame we had less than 24 hours to be in it, if they’d just given that to us on the second day it would have been fine. Overall we felt their attitude showed us they didn’t care much and even when we got the suite they didn’t even tell us it was just like “here, go”. We expected better from the Hilton. Other than that, breakfast was nice, decor was nice and the location wasn’t bad. Thanks to Emir as well he was really helpful.
