Location only.
I stayed 6 nights, housekeeping lady refused to clean my room as it should be and when I asked her to do so, she surprisingly asked me for money ! I usually tip all my housekeepers on the last day of check out but she did not deserve a single dollar, the audacity to point out money signs to me when I asked her nicely to change the towels. I explained to the receptionist but he was not happy about what I asked and told me they dont change sheets and towels everyday but that was not my only isssue, she would come and not even clean the bathroom! She JUST made the bed. Breakfast was ok. Location is great. Staff is rude except for Omar he was very nice and friendly.
De locatie van het hotel was goed. Het hotel ligt op een fijne plek en de ligging was voor ons erg handig.
De vloerbedekking was erg vies en de bedden waren zeer oncomfortabel. Wij zijn een getrouwd stel, maar kregen twee aparte eenpersoonsbedden in plaats van één tweepersoonsbed. Later werden de bedden tegen elkaar geschoven, maar ze bleven steeds uit elkaar schuiven. Hierdoor konden we niet comfortabel slapen. Dit was erg teleurstellend.
