!Servicii de slabă calitate. Mizerie în cameră, pereți juliți și murdari. Articolele de baie, gel de duș, etc. au fost doar în prima zi. Prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic. Două zile din patru nu s-a adus apa, ceai, zahar... Mic dejun slăbuț.

!Upon arrival, the room was extremely dirty and unacceptable. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, as well as greasy stains on the tables and the kettle. I was moved to three different rooms, yet every room suffered from the same cleanliness issues. This clearly indicates that the problem was not limited to a single room but reflected the hotel’s overall housekeeping standards. I had to wait approximately four hours in the lobby before receiving a room due to the hotel’s poor handling of the situation and lack of cooperation from the staff. During my stay, the staff repeatedly failed to understand or respond to my requests. When I requested that the bed sheets be replaced after changing rooms, I returned later that evening to find that none of my requests had been carried out. As I had no alternative accommodation available that night, I was forced to stay one night despite the unacceptable conditions. In addition, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, with the springs clearly noticeable, making it difficult to sleep. Initially, the hotel staff denied the condition of the room and accused me of lying. However, the photos and videos clearly show the dirt, insects, and overall poor hygiene of the rooms. Even after acknowledging the issue, the hotel failed to provide an appropriate solution or handle my complaint professionally. Booking.com also failed to provide effective support throughout this experience. Despite reporting the issues immediately and providing evidence, I did not receive timely or meaningful assistance. I was left to deal directly with the hotel, which repeatedly failed to resolve the problems. As a customer, I expected Booking.com to ensure that the accommodation met basic standards of cleanliness and to intervene more effectively when it clearly did not. Instead, I was left without a satisfactory solution while my stay was being significantly impacted.
