Just the location
I'm staying at your hotel and faced two issues. First, the air conditioner in my room was stuck at 28°C, and despite repeated requests, no technician came on time. Second, one of the female receptionists spoke about us disrespectfully in Turkish, assuming I didn’t understand. When I spoke to her politely, she ignored me and turned away. This behavior was upsetting, especially since we were always respectful. On the other hand, the young male staff member was very kind and professional.

Everything was wrong except the hotel staff. The hotel always smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean at all and always smelled and could not be cleaned. The breakfast was at the level of a three-star hotel. A very ordinary three-star hotel.
Excellent central, but quiet location. Clean room, good bed and fridge. Staff very nice. Shower was in a bathtub with very high step from the floor level. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.
