✓It is local to everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants and mosques

!The first room we were offered and stayed at in the first night smelt damp, there was evidence of a leak in the ceiling and the bathroom was not to a good standard. There was mould everywhere. The staff are not friendly and could do more to make their customers comfortable. I did complain and the room was changed. The second room was marginally better but had ants everywhere even though it was on the second floor. Housekeeping does minimal, bedding does not get changed only towels. The toilets do not get cleaned daily either. Their cleaning takes all of 5 minutes. In short not worth it, for what they charge they need to do more and renovate the hotel.

✓We had a great stay at Divas Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and an ideal base for travelling around Istanbul. The tram stops are nearby, making it very easy to get to different parts of the city. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. If you want to stay somewhere central with easy access to Istanbul’s main attractions and public transport, the location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Divas Hotel. The staff were amazing throughout our stay and always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Yakub, who really helped us on our last day. Our pre-booked airport transfer let us down and the taxi didn’t arrive on time. We were at serious risk of missing our flight, but Yakub and the staff quickly helped us arrange an alternative taxi at a very reasonable price. Without their help, we could easily have missed our flight. We really appreciated everything they did for us and would definitely recommend Divas Hotel for its excellent location and fantastic, helpful staff.
