Every stay is made even more special by her warm welcome note waiting in my room, a thoughtful touch that always makes me feel at home. Whenever I am in Istanbul, my schedule is usually packed with meetings and events, yet every request I make is accommodated with the utmost attention, care and efficiency. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, the spa is a wonderful place to unwind after a long day, and the location is perfect.
