Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was below expectations. When we arrived at our room, the door would not open, and we were unable to enter for quite some time. The reception staff had to call a technician, who finally arrived around 1:00 a.m. and managed to open the door. Another disappointing experience occurred during dinner. We asked an older waiter in the restaurant for some sauce, but he replied that it was only provided for large groups and events. We found this response strange and not very customer-friendly. I hope the hotel addresses these issues and improves its service, as they negatively affected our stay.
