What we loved most about the hotel was its location. It was close to all the areas we enjoy visiting, so we barely needed to use transportation, especially with Galataport, Galata Tower, and Karaköy all nearby. The area is lively, with the sea close by and a great variety of restaurants. We were also glad that we chose a larger room. Although it was slightly more expensive, it was much more comfortable for us. The hotel was clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also really appreciated the lovely surprise they prepared for my friend’s birthday — they surprised her with a cake in the room, which made the stay even more special. A big thank you to every member of the team for making our stay so enjoyable.
There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. The only thing I would suggest is paying a little more attention to bathroom maintenance, as the water did not drain properly and tended to collect in the shower area. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.
