Les équipements , les activités pour les enfants.
Le nettoyage est vraiment mal fait. Le personnel n’est pas du tout aimable. La gestion des serviettes de bains est complètement inutile. La qualité des transats est pas de gamme. On est très loin d’un établissement 5 étoiles cela ne mérite pas du tout son prix.
The loud music at night from the neighbouring resort
Les enfants se sont vraiment éclatés : ils ont adoré les toboggans, le manège, les nombreuses piscines et le Kids Club. Il y a beaucoup d'activités et les infrastructures permettent aux enfants de ne jamais s'ennuyer. De notre côté, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité générale de l'hôtel. Les espaces sont très propres et bien entretenus, les chambres agréables et surtout le personnel est excellent : professionnel, disponible et très aimable.
Peu de choses à reprocher dans l'ensemble. La nourriture est correcte et l'offre est assez importante, même si elle pourrait être un peu plus raffinée et variée pour un hôtel de ce standing. Cela reste néanmoins tout à fait satisfaisant.
