✓The breakfast was good, rooms were nice and the personel was helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

!When we arrived, they said they gave our rooms to other guests and they “down graded “ our rooms. After a long conversation, they agreed to upgrade our rooms and they did. This upgrade needed to be done without my warning or insist. This is how it should be in a five star hotel. There is lots of room for improvement in general. For example The coffee in the breakfast needs to be improved. They said they finished the milk in the morning when I asked for milk for my coffee. It’s the weirdest thing to hear that the milk finishes in a five star hotel. The spa area needs to be taken care of in a better way. Unfortunately it was not cleaned enough. There was a huge bug in the spa area.

!Βρώμικο δωμάτιο σκόνη παντού Ζητήσαμε τρίκλινο μας έφεραν ράντζα με πολυ κακό στρώμα. Ο κλιματισμός δεν λειτουργούσε με αποτέλεσμα να κανει ζεστη και δεν καταφέραμε να κοιμηθούμε σχεδόν καθόλου Το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν το μεσημέρι ήταν αγενεστατο. Η πισίνα οντως υπάρχει αλλα χρεώνεται εξτρα απο το δωμάτιο ακριβά γιατι ήταν μικρή και βρώμικη Δεν το προτείνω για κανένα λόγο
