✓Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Staff seemed willing to help. Best place to stay in the area. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. There is a pool on site and a workout facility. Short walking distance to local mall with small food court options.

!The staff was kind and willing to help, but communication and organization were poor. We booked a room advertised as sleeping four, with a queen bed and sofa bed, but it was classified/able on Booking.com as a room for two people. Since we were traveling with our 13-year-old daughter, I messaged the hotel in advance to let them know. They did not properly respond or record the information; they were surprised and seemed frustrated when the three of us arrived. Thankfully, they only charged an additional €28 for her to use the sofa bed. The air conditioning must be activated by reception, but it was not turned on when we checked in—even though it was 107°F/42°C outside. I had to ask three times before it finally worked, despite being assured twice that it had already been activated. We also asked the hotel to arrange airport transportation for five people with five large suitcases, five backpacks, and two carry-ons. I confirmed this again that morning, yet a taxi arrived that could not accommodate us and our luggage. The staff seemed surprised when we explained that everyone and the luggage could not possibly fit. The hotel has potential, especially given the few alternatives in the area, and the new manager appears to be working to improve things. However, the staff needs much better communication, coordination, and attention to detail before this can become a reliable place to stay.
