Otelin kendi garaj otoparkı var ve her giriş-çıkış yalnızca 100 TL. Ancak otele girer girmez sizi kapıda özel vale karşılıyor. Kendilerini açıkça tanıtmadan aracınızı teslim alıyorlar ve siz de doğal olarak bunun otelin resmi vale hizmeti olduğunu düşünüyorsunuz. Sonuç? 100 TL ödeyebileceğiniz otopark varken 500 TL özel vale ücreti ödüyorsunuz. Üstelik size otelin diğer otopark seçeneği hakkında hiçbir bilgi verilmiyor. Daha da ilginci, bu özel vale işletmesi otelin içinde faaliyet gösteren ve otelden yer kiralayan bir işletme. Yani otel girişinde bu şekilde müşteri karşılamaları ve alternatif otopark konusunda bilgilendirme yapılmaması ciddi bir şeffaflık sorunu. Ben durumu Booking.com’a bildirdim.
