La ubicación y el servicio
Buena ubicación en la zona de Galata y muy fácil para cruzar a Sultanhamed tanto caminando como en tranvía.
No me gustó la atención de la recepción. Faltaba experiencia y práctica. Las habitaciones estaban ordenadas pero faltaba limpieza. Mucho polvo y restos en el piso. Inclusive se olvidaban de poner papel higiénico y toallas y había que reclamar. El desayuno se servía en otro edificio a dos cuadras y eso era un poco incómodo.
