Хорошее расположение, большой номер, приятные и отзывчивые работники ресепшена.
К сожалению, при всех плюсах есть очень много мелких минусов, которые при желании очень легко устраняются, но на которые руководство, видимо, не обращает внимания. В номере очень грязный пол, белые носки моментально стали чёрными, вряд ли его вообще моют, максимум пылесосят. Сантехника грязная, посуду необходимо заменить, вся в сколах и царапинах. В телевизоре все каналы на турецком, нет спутниковых. При заселении не работал унитаз и душ, пришлось дважды звать ребят с ресепшена. Много перегоревших лампочек. Очень обидно, что такое отношение к отелю с отличным потенциалом, ощущение заброшенности.
Это один из лучших отелей, который я могу смело рекомендовать всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул! Отель оставил только положительные впечатления: отличные удобства, всё очень комфортно и продумано для гостей. В номере и на территории было идеально чисто, персонал внимательный и приветливый. И нет никакого шума — это, пожалуй, самое главное, что особенно порадовало. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасную локацию — удобно добираться до главных достопримечательностей города. Благодаря расположению можно легко наслаждаться атмосферой Стамбула и экономить время на дорогу. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно вернусь снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям.
