Crystal Flora Pearl Collection

✓The hotel is well-situated in a quiet, peaceful location right next to the beach. Having a parking area is a definite advantage. The complex itself isn't very large, but there is enough space for all the guests. We liked the room we stayed in; it had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. However, the mattress was uncomfortable. The food was generally repetitive and below the standard expected for hotels of this class. We liked the beach overall, except for the fact that sunbeds were being reserved early in the morning, yet no one would actually use them until midday. The staff were extremely polite. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, with only minor exceptions.

!The food needs to be improved. The mattress was uncomfortable. Reserving sunbeds on the beach early in the morning is a bad practice. Management needs to take action on this matter to ensure guest satisfaction.

✓We regularly stay at beach resorts in Turkey, but this is the only one we’ve come back to — our second family stay, and it was just as wonderful as two years ago. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Guest relations

!Необходимость занимать лежак на пляже с утра, если хочется быть на море, так как лежаков не всегда хватает;
