Bad service. It’s too small. Very bad experience and stay
Good location, close to everything. Metro tram, restaurants shops and tourist areas And breakfast is not in the same building. It will be in the Crowned plus hotel just one block away. But it has an amazing view in the 4th floor
The person welcomes me in the afternoon was very accommodating and helpful. He even moved me to a quieter room as I am with a baby. In the afternoon the lift was broken. The other guy in the reception was extremely rude and dismissive when I wanted to ask someone to talk to about the lift and the issue I have in the room and the fridge. First night. Fridge is old and not working, I ask to someone to check but no one came. At the end they said I can just ask the recep to use the main fridge and not the room fridge.
Locatie was echt geweldig!!!
Handoeken, bed, wc, douche kamer overal gewoon was heel vies, voor ontbijt moest je lopen naar een ander hotel ook met de zelfde naam. Tot 4 uur s nachts hadden we geluid overlast.
