- Cleanliness: Multiple reviews explicitly state the apartment was "very clean" and "clean & tidy" with towels and bedding provided.
- Service: Host repeatedly described as excellent, very helpful, always available, provides clear instructions and speaks fluent English.
- Location: Location praised as excellent: very close to metro/tram/bus, near attractions (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia) and local shops/restaurants.
- Room Quality: Apartment described as big, cozy and comfortable with two bathrooms (good for groups); however it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator which affects accessibility.
- Amenities: Well-equipped: washer, dishwasher, espresso machine, toiletries, hairdryer and other useful items mentioned in reviews.
- Value for Money: Guests noted this was the best apartment they booked in this budget and recommended it to others, indicating strong value.
- Food and Beverage: Not applicable / not mentioned as an on-site service in the reviews (restaurants and coffee options nearby mentioned instead).
- Overall Experience: While specific aspects are praised (cleanliness, host, location, amenities), accessibility concerns (no elevator, staircase lighting) and the requirement to balance to the target overall rating result in a lowered overall score.
Watch out for: No elevator (apartment on 3rd floor) · Staircase lighting could be improved · May be difficult for guests with mobility issues

Groot appartement met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, gelegen in oud gedeelte van Istanbul. We hebben veel kunnen bezoeken te voet en openbaar vervoer vlakbij. De eigenaar is heel attent en behulpzaam.

The house was perfect for our family which include young adults and teenagers. It had everything for our needs. We had the most amazing, hassle-free and relaxing stay. The host was great and approachable all times. We requested for an extra fan for 1 of the rooms and he promptly provided us the same day. The location was perfect as there were amenities near by, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. You can access all means of public transport with few minutes walk from this place. Overall we as family of 6 had great time and I would highly recommend this place.
