Единствено местоположението на хотела!
При настаняването, лошо отношение на рецепция , стаята в която ни настаниха ,не беше почистена. Наложи се да чакаме да я почистят. Описаните удобства ,не отговарят на заплатената от нас стая! В хотела бяха настанени работници, който тропаха до късно! В описаните правила на Хотел Aras е описано,че не приемат пари в брой - но бяхме принудени да заплатим сумата за резервацията в брой ,защото искаха такса за заплащане с карта! Персонала не комуникира на друг език освен турски, изключително не любезен! Липсва паркинг!Единственото положително нещо беше Wi-fi връзката, която в деня на напускане беше изключена от рано сутринта! Бих желала да спестя и на други хора, разочараванието което изпитахме ние!
Само местоположението! Всичко останало беше отвратително! Аз никога не съм била в по-лош хотел!
Чистота, закуска... доста под нормалните! Не препоръчвам!
Само усмихнатото момиче на рецепцията , която през цялото време мръзнеше от студ.
В стаята и целият хотел беше мрачно , сиво , черно… мръсно и не почистено . Не претендирам за нови мебели и лукс , но чистотата е нужда . Банята беше цялата в мухал без работещи отдушници всичко лепеше и беше лигаво . Бактериите бяха много в банята беше опасно . Стаите миришеха ужасно и се наложи да купя някакви старини ароматизатори. Още в началото помолих да донесат юргани в плик а не тъничка завивка върху която да се слага гол юрган. Закуската под всякаква критика ….. аз изказвам мнение и впечатление на клиент , не злословя , но шефовете трябва да разберат че пари се изкарват но поне тоалетна хартия да имаше , че три пъти помолих Роза жената чистачка и не получих !
