Club Viva Hotel

✓This place is excellent our room was on the top floor, the room was spacious and got the sun all day on the balcony, room was clean as was whole hotel and modern, the reception staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is slightly out of the way but if you get a trike bike you will be fine. The downside to the place is 1 member of staff, sells the excursions and spa days he will pounce on you first day we told him no as we use same person all the time, he made smart comment as we waited outside "mine not good enough" then eyeballs and dirty looks everytime he sees you. But I will stay again as the room is great but just ignore him.

✓Clean room, pool and seating areas. Staff on the whole very pleasant, helpful and attentive. The breakfast is fabulous with everything you could want, very fresh and super coffee machine. Over priced pool bar drinks- only bought one due to being over charged which is a shame. Woken up during the night as staff gave new arrivals room key with access to my room- this was not dealt with effectively by management. Super DJ. I would return to this hotel owing to the beautiful breakfast, location and cleanliness.

✓Never again. The hotel rooms are filthy, bed sheets had marks on them and bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. Hair dryer on the wall was hanging off with wires sticking out, very dangerous. Upon arrival the spa man (Brad Pitt) was waiting to pounce and harass you to go to his spa, first thing he asked reception when he seen me was if I was British he then harassed us for the first two days trying to get us to go to the spa and then when he realised our no was not going to change he gave attitude and never acknowledged us the rest of the week. His niceness is only to get you in to the spa don’t be fooled. Bar staff were nice however it’s a different price each time you go up. There is no entertainment day or night, hotel definitely attracts a certain crowd of people and there is a fight or argument happening most nights. Never again and would advise you all to stay clear.

✓Back from another amazing stay at Club Viva, friendly staff amazing food and drinks. Pool is lovely and definitely big enough. Room's are very comfortable and clean and air con amazing Breakfast is lovely and something for everyone 5th time staying here will definitely be back. Sergio is brilliant and he goes above and beyond to make sure your happy
